Meat - Steaks for Marinating

Marinating steaks tend to have less marbling in them than premium steaks. Most of the steaks that should be marinated come from the round and the chuck. Although not as tender as premium steaks, marinade will improve the eating experience.

Varieties of marinating steaks include Flank Steak, Chuck Steak, Shoulder Steak, Bottom Round Steak, Top Round Steak (London Broil), Eye of Round Steak and Tip Steak.
