Meat & Seafood
Lamb has a slightly stronger taste than beef. A lamb roast is a large portion cut taken from various parts of the lamb. It is commonly served in fine restaurants.
A rack of lamb is similar to a standing rib roast of beef, but unlike premium beef roasts, very little marbling is visible in lamb roasts. Also, a rack of lamb is, of course, much smaller, consisting of only 7 to 8 small ribs and weighing about 1-½ pounds.
Italian Herb-Roasted Lamb (Lamb Roast)

All you need is Italian dressing, garlic, rosemary and thyme, and you’ll have an unbelievable main course in a matter of hours.
